Revolution makes an Earl Grey Lavender which is more grey and less lavender. It comes in 
nylon infuser bags, and contains the usual bergamot oil over full-leaf oolong, ceylon, and darjeeling leaves. It has a light body; definitely not dark enough to add milk. Sweetening is unnecessary. I lean toward something stronger, but this is a nice, light tea to have around for guests who prefer such.
The Traveler World Imports on Pine has their own blend of a loose, certified organic, lavender black tea, and it’s much more full and flowery. The lavender comes out strong in the flavor as well as the smell. I usually let it steep until I can smell the black tea over the lavender, and then remove it before it becomes bitter. After at least a 5 minute infusion, it has a rich amber color, and the aroma has a touch of lemon to it.
I have been adding a touch of agave nectar to my pot to complement the lavender and tame the slight bite.
