I am taking steps to enjoy tea at the office this summer. Today, that entailed a trip to the cafeteria for a large cup of ice. I brewed up a pot of Stash Moroccan Mint (mint, green tea, hint of lemon) using two bags, let it sit for a while, then added the ice and a tablespoon of agave nectar.
The verdict: I made a fairly dark brew, but it’s not strong enough. It doesn’t have the mint kick that I expect from a good mint tea. But truly, I’d need a sandy beach and a good book before I thought it was perfect.
The experiment will continue, especially since the heat wave is expected to include us this weekend.
