Since the tea is so visible they can't get away with crumbly cheap tea fragments and they do not combine teas from different regions, which is a very good approach. I am curious about the others. I'm lucky enough to live near a cafe that offers these teas and I have really enjoyed them. The Assam is probably my favorite, but I agree that the Earl Grey is quite good.
