I've heard of Oolongs tasting like many different kinds of fruit--melon, peach, raisin, etc--but I haven't before heard of lemongrass. I'm always fascinated by what can be found with these different varieties, what new complexities the Chinese have been able to create with the simple tea leaf. I learn something new every day.
