However I don't think the particular details of gongfu cha actually matter, as long as the mystical power of brewing magical chinese tea is present which is what children will really absorb (although i understand where you are coming from). it sounds beautiful. ah, a slight missed opportunity (but see below), and what a delicious looking book.
